Sales-Will Call Counter/Inside

Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service? Come show us your expertise! Our busy Salem branch is in need of a Salesperson at our Will Call Counter who also assists customers by phone in our Inside Sales Department.

This salesperson must have knowledge of the plumbing or water works wholesale industry; sales techniques and marketing practices, including add-on sales and closing techniques; and computer software applications. Assists in the attainment of designated sales, gross margin, and market penetration goals through quality sales techniques and customer service skills. This person must have the ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain good customer relations; and understand construction plans and design.

Requirements:

The candidate may have a high school education or equivalent and/or a minimum of one year's experience in the sales of wholesale plumbing and heating products. We are looking for a person with good communication skills, and a proven background of meeting sales and margin goals.

Must have 1+ to 2 years exp.
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must a minimum of 1+ years exp in wholesales plumbing and
heating products.
Must have clean credit history and
clean criminal history.
